You may be asked to fill an online consultation form with some basic information.

STEP 2. One of our attorneys will call you at the scheduled consultation time. If you are flexible with timings, we will call you with in a reasonable period of time. (Please note that this service is available from 9:00am-5:00pm PST.)

A scheduled consultation with attorney Rai or any of our attorneys will help you with making the right decisions based on the legal options and strategies available.

Our Office can conveniently and efficiently provide consultations to people located anywhere in the U.S. or abroad. This is because no individual state in the U.S. is allowed to pass any legislation in connection with immigration matters under the doctrine of preemption. In other words, immigration law is purely federal in nature and is protected by doctrine of preemption.

IN-PERSON CONSULTATIONS

These consultations are used if someone wants to meet the attorneys in-person. This is practical for people who live in the bay area or if they are willing to travel to the San Francisco area.

After the payment is made, the eMail consultation lets you send a brief description of your situation and the questions you need answered via eMail. After you receive the reply from the attorney, you may send another eMail with a set of follow-up questions. The attorney will then send you a final response.
